NOMA. The growing neighbourhood

NOMA’s been growing since 1782; since then, it hasn’t stopped. In this new phase of evolution for this remarkable city-centre neighbourhood, we’re regenerating the area to help businesses grow stronger; people grow together; the city to grow its status and plants to simply grow. However you do it, you can grow with NOMA.

ESG at NOMA

We believe NOMA, Manchester sets the standard for large scale city centre regeneration and the positive impact it can contribute with a connected strategic approach to environment, society and governance.

Creating social impact is no longer optional. Having a positive effect on economies, communities and society through the way businesses operate is now a requirement in almost all strategic business plans. It is important to employees and customers and so essential to recruiting and retaining talent as well as being regarded as a responsible business.

Social Value at NOMA

Contributing positive social value and impact has been in NOMA's DNA since inception. So you can be confident that when you move to NOMA, you are doing more than just ticking a box…you are part of a team that is creating a new benchmark for the way places are made and communities are supported and built.

NOMA has taken a strategic approach to place that champions getting people involved, by creating opportunities for people to come together, learn, have conversation and connect.

Get involved at NOMA

From calendar events to every-day happenings, the NOMA social programme is continually changing, but always looking for ways that the local neighbourhood can get involved.

Sadlers Yard is on the doorstep of 4 Angel Square, a popular meeting place for weekday lunches, the popular PlantNOMA evening gardening club and afterwork socials, and offers its own curated events programme providing regular events for the neighbourhood to build connections.
